Chemical properties:

Electrical Properties:

Optical Performance:

Quartz glass has its unique optical properties, it can transmit both the far-ultraviolet spectrum, which is a good choice for all UV-transmitting materials, and can transmit visible light and near-infrared spectrum, high temperature resistance, small coefficient of thermal expansion, good chemical thermal stability, bubbles, streaks, uniformity, birefringence and comparable to general optical glass.

Thermal Properties:

Mechanical properties:
